Why is it important to be part of the 40 over 40 campaign?
To capture these moments while I'm still beautiful.

What is your favorite body part or feature?
Legs, upper back, the left side of my face, & my belly with the right light.

What is the reason we are doing this photoshoot? 
I'm about to marry a man that adores me. (11/11/22) ( I divorced 2 years ago after 25 years).

What is the most valuable lesson life has taught you?
The most? When I was 25, I learned that I did not appear to others how I thought I did. Now, I know that I have complete control over the energy of others by how I show up.  I'm deliberate about it. 

What wisdom would you like to share with your younger self?
Set clear boundaries and enforce them.  You can always modify or re-negotiate.

Who was the most influential person in your life and why?
My father, an Episcopal priest, he taught me listening skills, compassion, and acceptance of people no matter where they are in their life journey. 

What's your favorite beauty secret?
A few: Castor oil, tuning fork fascial, UL Therapy, & strength training.

What are you most excited about when it comes to this photoshoot?
Documenting the hard work I've done.

Tenacious, Committed, & Focused.

What are you most anxious about when it comes to doing this photoshoot?
Appearing natural and allowing my real smile to show.

When I left my bad marriage. It was a triumph.
